I was in a tough spot after being in an accident and they were able to get me a car after a 5 day shortage. A couple of days later (after I had driven the car once) the check engine light, oil change light, and service light for rear break-pads came on. Naturally I call enterprise to get a new car- sure they offered to swap it out no problem. Due to the shortage of cars I had to pay for a portion of the "SUV" they had because it was over my insurances daily maximum. I called the branch and said- I want to come swap out this car for something covered in full by my insurance and I would like my out of pocket refunded as this is not a car that it is good working condition. I was met with a response that took me aback. Harrison, the branch manager laughed at my request and told me that I just needed to be grateful he got me a car. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to.. laughed again and said "I'm the manager so if you call corporate they will route it back to me and I'm telling you I'm in charge... so no. I ended up calling corporate and they sang an every different tune. My concerns were valid, my request was not out of the norm, and no enterprise employee should be abusing their management powers to make customers feel uncomfortable. The district manager Monique gave me a call and we got this all sorted. She got me set up at the Blue Heron branch and Fran was AMAZING! All of this to say- please be careful going to this branch. But if you do have an issue- enterprise customer service is top notch at the district/corporate level.

I've rented cars twice from this location, and had a great experience both times. It's rare to get the exact car that's on the vehicle class selection list; but Harrison makes sure to give me a vehicle that can comfortably fit a baby seat in the back.

I had a good experience with this Enterprise a couple months ago so I utilized them a 2nd time. I was able to get a quality, reliable large SUV for a long road trip with my family. I had no issues over a 7 day period. I dealt with Harrison both times and recommend the 45th St location.
