Great service and generally happy, but due to to Prosolar admin errors we were not getting credit for power produced for months. Very disappointed no offer of compensation was made and we were ghosted when we requested credit.

Great experience Although the process was long due to permits, I have to admit that the implementation leader (Miguel Salazar) was the big winner of this review, he always kept me informed of the steps we were in, attentive and a great single point of contact to address all the problems and activities that were encountered along the way. The technical and installation team was always responsive and attentive to all the changes and activities that were presented. My only recommendation is define a clear process to get after implementation support.

Good day everyone , Im very excited to write a review for Prosolar ! This is my second system installed by Prosolar , the previous home that I owned , I had a solar panel system installed, had the best experience with Prosolar. Very overwhelmed at the time with the idea of which solar company to go with , had about 3 different estimates Two other companies told me what I wanted to hear just to try and make the sale , Prosolar made me put my feet back on the ground again , explained and told me reality.Their honesty made me realize they were truly sincere ,down to earth people, they did not make vague promises.They made sure to promise everything they were going to fulfill , since the beginning they have lived to their promises , at Sunrise they did take longer than promised , but it was because anybody that lives at sunrise can attest,the city of sunrise are just full of bureaucratic regulations and very hard to work with. Im going to explain in a few words how much money I have saved by having solar panels. Monthly average bill 250.00 I put 25,000 miles a year on my SUV (distribution Company ) 450.00 gas per month. my wifes car 150.00 a month In total 850.00 Dollar per month Purchased two electric cars Kia EV6 Total FPL Bill at sunrise after Solar panels $75.00 Total monthly saving $775.00 That is how much I save charging my car everyday and my wifes EV6 twice a week Recently sold my house and purchased a house in Southwest Ranches , first thing I did was install my second system , needles to say by Prosolar , sorry but thats how satisfied I have been. Would not do it with Any other company

I am very happy with my new solar panels and very much enjoying saving over $200 a month for electricity. I particularly wish to thank my project manager, Miguel Salazar. There were challenges along the way and he helped me endlessly with all difficulties. He was always helpful, patient, and supportive. I cannot thank Miguel enough for everything he did for me.
