They are so professional and problem solvers. I went to the shop and John was warm welcoming me. I explain my trailer problem and i thought he is going to tell me to buy new one but No! He helps me to understand problem and gave me the right parts that i solve my problem. Thank you again for everything. I will definitely come back when i need.

I recently stopped in to Dixie Trailer Supply and Service. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The employees were extremely knowledgeable about their products & services and were able to answer all of my questions with ease. They had very fair pricing and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push me to buy something that I didn't need. The service technicians were skilled and efficient, and they went out of their way to make sure that my car was repaired to the highest standards. I would highly recommend this trailer supply shop and service department to anyone who is in need of any repairs or parts. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, and the service is fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this shop for all of my repair and part needs in the future.
