        Was having problems with a new sprinkler system so decided to call Conserva irrigation to help out. Not only were they quick to make an appointment, but they figured out the issue in less then 10 minutes! If another issue occurs I will 100% call and ask to work with Jesse Black again.

        I am sold on timeliness, respect, kindness, courtesy and knowledge. I was blessed to get Jesse Black, who checked all the boxes. He inspected everything as I advised during the appointment schedule. Discussed with me what the diagnosis was and gave me options, fixed my issue within the same day. I am a very pleased new client. I didn't realize this service existed any longer. I sure hope Conserva appreciate this technician.

        My daughter had a broken valve on her sprinkler system which caused her sprinkler system to run non stop and not be able to be turned off for almost a day and a half. My wife Diane called and spoke to Teri in a panic who understood the dilemma and went right over to her house to see if she could just turn it off until it could be fixed. With no avail finding out it was a broken valve she had gone the extra step and called OUC on our behalf and waited for them to show up to fix it since this was an emergency and no one was home at the time to wait and see when a technician could come. OUC was there is less than an hour and a half replaced the valve and then she had Jesse came to repair the sprinkler heads and make sure they were all working correctly, timed appropriately and facing the correct direction. I have nothing but praise for these two employees and the outstanding customer service I received. They went above and beyond in our time of need and would recommend them to anyone and will call them back in a heartbeat should any other issues come up. I originally chose them by looking at the positive reviews I saw and they definitely live up to that. I also have to say at the end of the day was given a very fair price considering I could have been taken due to the situation. They are 5 star in my book so do not hesitate to give them a try.
