I have been waiting 23 hours and placed 51 calls to manheim corporate to be lied to,hung up on misled about getting my released. The individual auctions have limited power so you have to call call centers about give your information over and over. Ive been told we will call u back in 10 minutes over 20 times now and have yet to receive (1) call.

Manheim is holding hostage titles for cars that I purchased and paid for in full (for extortion) and refusing to release A car that I was trying to sell at auction (theft) because they claim that I bought a car and did not pay for it. On August 2nd 2021 a Toyota Yaris appeared on my account I called a number of times spoke with managers and explained the following: on the same day the car was sold at Manheim there was a block on my account that means I could not bid on any vehicles. Also I asked them to look at my record I always pay for any car I buy in a timely manner, and that I never buy a small car like the Yaris it does not fit my inventory. They refused to remove the vehicle and I refused to pay so now they are holding on my titles for cars I bought and and paid for in full not wiling to release my car that I gave them in good will to try and sell at the auction. Obviously there strategy is using bullying, extortion and even stealing to force me to pay for a car that they added to my account with out my knowledge and acceptance. they think they are to big to fail but that will have to change.

Manheim is not a good Auction to buy cars they have very bad policy and side we take care big dealer and we don't care about you and also they take money anther table for arbitration Fredericksburg is very Famoso one of they very be careful with them one of his name Larry and Jon Headley they told me if they not change 2 person don't buy cars
