If you're looking for a computer repair tech that'll treat you right... you just found it here. Joel was super helpful, took the time to explain everything and made helpful suggestions to make sure I would be happy with the repair and I was. Surprisingly reasonable rates with personal service. Will be using WWWebbIT from now on!

Joel was incredibly responsive, professional and competent. His initial assessment was quite reasonable and after I agreed to his repair work on my MacBook Pro, he kept me very informed throughout the process. As we live in the same neighborhood was a great plus.

I contacted Joel for a 2012 Mac mini; his quotes were a bit too expensive for the repair. I think he sensed my apprehension and mentioned that he could limit the price for something like this. I agreed to a $35 diagnostic. When dropping the Mac at his home, his wife was exceptionally rude when I was discussing the issue with my mac. I would normally let that slide but, in this case, it did rub me the wrong way. After diagnosing the issue, he did ask me if I wanted to continue with the repair. He should have quoted me a price then because the total came out to $195 for a Mac mini that had cost me $215. He was pretty dismissive about that when I picked it up. I did pay for services rendered but definitely would have liked a heads up.
