        I have never been able to complete an order here, the staff asks me to hold and never answers. Why is this location still open?

        This is the second time in two weeks that I have been to this location. The first time I waited 15 minutes in drive thru so i left, not receiving my order. This morning the drive thru is ridiculous. So I go in, the cashier and manager asks if I have cash. I say yes, they said they could only take cash because the system was down. Do I was waiting for them to take my order. Then I was told to go through the drive thru! Krystals needs to get it together if I could give a 0 I would. I understand that it's not the cashiers or managers fault.

        I originally left a positive review only to be tremendously disappointed the second time I visited. Never have I ever been so offended. The other customers were appauled. Whoever this manager is and all the employees on the Saturday shift at 3pm on March 23rd 2024 need to be fired!
