        I had a bad experience trying to pickup a Penske truck reservation from here. First I arrive and ask where packing tape is only to be sent to the wrong area. Then the woman working the tool center counter on the early morning of 3/29 was unprofessional, possibly under the influence, and was not properly trained on the process. It took her almost an hour to get it figured out. Her young coworker was unprofessional as well when she finally asked for help, and got an attitude with me when I was calmly and reasonably asking what the issue is and to get someone who can help. This caused me to be late for my move. I literally had to tell them they needed to just give me the keys and take down my information and figure it out. Needless to say, I wont rent a truck from here or any HD ever again. This experience reflected very badly on this location.
