Ginger advised the CEO said they would zero this out and we owed nothing due to circumstances. I just wNt to state that I do not trust this company. So I pray this is true. Also we returned the $100 box so to have had to go through this was uncalled for. Please do and be better.

Absolutely the WORST contract I have ever been stuck in. I would swear that the rep originally selling us on this service lied to us. They took us out of an AT&T service contract knowing full well our current provider was 18mbps for about $100 and they shoved us in 5mbs for 299 per month! Then we were stuck. I paid each month and canceled as soon as my contract was up, and they now want 30 days' notice for an extra month. Complete rip off!!! RUN, RUN, RUN.... The other way. I wish I could warn people in the other states and will be adding notices to the BBB unless they resolve accordingly. Thieves. Run!!

worst company i have ever had for internet. i started out with high hopes which were quickly dashed. multiple long and painful outages on a weekly basis, they have never once lived up to their SLA. we are spending over $3000 per month because we need enterprise grade service for our customers. just a few weeks in we lost 100's of thousands of dollars due to repeated outages. one of the outages lasted 4 days this caused us to lose a 6 location medical office customer. we had a call with kris early on who said he would take care of it and at least get us some credits..two weeks later almost like it was something he forgot about he denied everything and blamed us for the outages. truly a terrible company that should be avoided. do your self a big favor and avoid them at all costs.
