    Tenant to a rental home and waited two different days (4hr durations) for their services scheduled via maintenance personnel. I had to contact Superior to ascertain the status both days: still waiting for a technician to arrive during the third attempt. Definitely an inconsiderate and unprofessional conduct of operations..

    If you use them be prepared to be charged astronomical fixed prices for specific jobs as compared to what other companies charge for the same job. They charged me $480 for spending about 40 min at my home to diagnose a problem with my toilet that they could not repair. Just for telling me what was wrong with it. Their prices are totally unreasonable and outlandish. Service: Plumbing

    Pretty disappointing experience. I emailed back and forth with Erica. Was very clear about the work needed. Was told they had flat rate pricing, but they refused to tell me the pricing without paying for someone to come out to the house. Waste of time. Contact someone else. Anti competitive company which means its terrible for the consumer.

    Called to schedule a simple tankless water heater repair in a rental townhome we manage. Was told the owner has to be on site for the repair which is ridiculous for a managed rental home and has never been a requirement for any other plumbers we have used. Does not seem like this company is set up to handle business calls would not recommend.

    We had a suspicious leak in our family room and assumed the master bath toilet was the culprit. Within two hours of calling Superior technician Mitchell M. showed up. Mitchell was professional and efficient and did a great job removing and installing a new toilet and evaluating the issue. He was willing to answer all kinds of questions, too, so I was able to learn about our new (old) homes systems. Highly recommend. Service: Plumbing
