        Buckle is a great store with amazing associates but, customer service is ridiculous! I don't know if anyone knows this, but if you shop at Buckle often you should read this! POINTS EXPIRE!! How CRAZY! When I called customer service even the lady said "yeah not a lot of people know this" WHY? Customers should know this stuff or get a email informing them that their points will expire soon. Honestly, it just sounds sneaky and deceiving to a customer thinking they have the points that will rack up when in reality they actually don't. I don't know of any other retail store where points expire from purchases that you made and money you spent. I called customer service to see if I could get my points added back not knowing they expired. Because most customers like myself save points for big purchases! If I knew they expired I would have used them because it is free money to use on items. For customer service to say they can't give me back the points is awful customer service in my opinion. Most retail stores points don't expire and roll over if not used. I mean if a customer spends money their points shouldn't expire. They're points for money you spend not a coupon.. Coupons expire, but points shouldn't expire. I think Buckle needs to change this policy because it's very deceiving to customers thinking they have points then when they go to look they are no longer there.
