Was trying to buy a on sale shoe but when arrive at the counter , did NOT WANT TO GIVE ME TO ME AT THAT PRICE. Please train or update your sale pricing to avoid confusion or inconvenience to the customers. I left without buying.

I stood in the store trying to spend money while three associates stood in the front of the store talking to each other(non business). Why are the associates standing in the front instead of walking the store and asking if people need help. Runners have made associates lazy along with technology. Standing around while a store is busy and talking is stealing company money. None of us paying customers asked you to work somewhere you didnt want to work.

Very disappointed in this location. Placed a pick up order around 12pm on 3/30/24. Around 3pm I checked my email to see if I had received an email confirmation stating my order was ready for pick up and I never received it. I called the 1800 for Jd sports as well as emailed to check on the progress of my order they told me if it wasnt ready by 4pm then call back to cancel the order. It took me several calls to try and reach the physical store due to the calls not going through. It was almost like they had their phone line turned off. There wasnt a ring or a dial tone. I finally got someone on the phone from the store around 6pm ish and they stated that they havent even touched my order yet. I was so upset due to their lack of communication and the lack of urgency to fulfill a customers online order! Here it is 6pm and my order has been ignored the whole time. Its like they didnt even care or even attempt to fulfill it. I then received an email the following Monday 04/01 stating that my order was ready. I wouldve been more understanding if someone wouldve communicated about any delays or not being able to fulfill the order in time but I didnt receive any of that.
