        Went in to have my leggings replaced under lifetime warranty / quality promise. The worker then made up a lie and said they recently rolled out a new policy under which they only honor the quality promise if the item is less than a year old. For LIFETIME warranty. I called customer service and they told me there is no time limit of how old the item can be to replace it for quality issues. How ridiculous to make up some weird lie in order to avoid honoring your life time warranty??

      Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
