    They are the absolute most unprofessional company. We drove by 3x and they were closed and swore they were open. More than myself were waiting. They over charge and under delivery. I hope they go out of business. I will make sure they are flooded with bad reviews. If you dont like your job doing taxes durning tax season then get a new job.

    Edited in response to the owner's feedback: Allow me to say firsthand, my review is based solely on my engagement with John, the front office manager and my experience with my tax filings (business and personal) this year. You are correct, you prepared my taxes last year, and I did not have any issues. I mentioned that previously in my dialogue with you, (John-Office Manager), via email. As I stated below, I referenced this year's experience. I think it's ironic that you have yet to have any dialogue with me to date, but so openly discussed my business (one of three), that owes taxes in a public forum. Interesting? Allow me to clarify your statement, I have only called your office once, that was on July 29, 2021 at 1007 am, to be exact. I did hang up the phone, after I engaged in a very toxic dialogue that involved, your office manager, John, refusing to allow me to have any input or ask any questions without interrupting me, etc. I actually announced I was going to hang up, before I did. I haven't called your office since. So the statement below is inaccurate. I have not belittled any staff member, I simply advised in my email when I requested termination of services, that John, (the Office Manager), was extremely rude and condescending. I also blocked you via email since the dialogue was counterproductive. You stated that I owe invoices...interesting....I have receipts for paid invoices, the same day you sent them. The previous year, I paid in excess of $1500, I believe, and paid as requested. Didn't see you mention that? This year, I paid in excess of $2k, I think, and paid upon receipt of an invoice. No mention of that either? If this was an attempt to bully me again and reduce my voice, it's not going to work. It's amazing the amount of energy you've exhausted in an effort to minimize my concerns and invalidate me as former client and fellow small business owner. You never notified me of any amount owed, you sent several emails requesting I sign documentation without giving me any insight or feedback, when I reviewed it, that's when I found out about the amount owed. You're right, you don't provide bookkeeping services for any of my businesses, but if you had approached this situation differently, the outcome would of been different. Imagine if I adapted your same approach? I have several colleagues I've referred to you, that use your service. I could easily share this year's experience in several forums...I could post the phone call, (our office records all phone calls-incoming and outgoing), emails, etc. your reviews would plummet almost instantly. But I don't operate from a space of hate or malice, and so you'll do it to yourself. You actually already have.... Initial review: I was extremely disappointed with my experience this year. By far, this has been the most unprofessional experience I've had with any area business. Let alone, a CPA's office designed to assist small and large businesses alike with needed financial insight and planning. In the past, I've recommended this company to several colleagues. However, my journey this year has been arduous to say the least. Their "office manager" is beyond rude and condescending. When asked for clarity, I'm being told to repeatedly sign documentation without any explanation. Why would I sign documentation without any clarity or insight? My company reportedly owes a large amount in taxes, but the office staff didn't extend the courtesy of a phone call to explain to me why. When I advised I wouldn't sign until I was given insight, I was told, "we'll just send you drafts" if you don't sign. Wait, huh? Isn't your job to prepare and provide insight regarding business filings?
