Great community to live in! Peaceful, clean and quiet. Maintenance man is very nice and helpful. Its home sweet home to me for now. The only thing is I wished the rent was a little cheaper.

Amazing front desk. After being denied twice I have finally been approved on the third try ( They say the third time is a charm) I love how the manager worked with me and understood everything I was going through. The fact that my son will have his own back yard makes me so happy. Soon as you walk in you get nothing but positive amazing homey vibes I love it. The homes are amazingly beautiful CANT wait to move my family in thank you so much to the manager for being so understanding and truly helping me during this time in my life. God is so good and deserves all the praise IM BLESSED TO CALL HIGHBORNE ME AND MY FAMILYS NEW HOME

Wanted a garage to work on my car so I moved to the highborne. Very VERY quiet community. Personal Parking spot in the front as well as a yard for grilling in the back. Carpet, appliances, Heating and air conditioning all perfectly installed. Takes only one day to get your maintenance request completed. Would have moved here years ago if I could go back.

I love living here! Its the first place thats made me feel completely supported and at home. Everyone is so kind and helpful in the staff and are always eager to help! Cant wait to renew my lease!
