Went in to get my seat looked at, been getting the run around from other mechanics but Ty actually stopped what he was doing and not only did he check it out, he fixed it as well!! Thank you so much, Ill definitely be back for more work on my car.

I had my car repaired by Ty, after having it evaluated at a different auto shop for 4 days, who finally said I needed a new transmission. I spoke to Ty on the phone to get a second opinion and he was skeptical that a new transmission was necessary. Ty helped coordinate a tow over to his shop, which was so much easier than the service my roadside service sent. He kept me informed the entire time, showed me the old/new parts, and my car in various stages of disassembly to show he was doing the work. He also discovered there was no evidence the first shop thoroughly checked at the car, or performed the tests they said they had. He was able to fix the issues, and repair my car for a fraction of what the first auto shop quoted, in 2 days. I was anticipating not having the car for weeks. He was transparent with the problems, and was very responsive. Highly recommend!
