Very unprofessional, rude and violated my privacy rights as a consumer just for a personal phone conversation while she was suppose to be assisting me with my add ons. The boost mobile representative working today between 4 and 5 told me I can go to another store because I asked her to get off her personal line while getting my personal information. She was very rude and when I told her I was uncomfortable, instead of telling them she will call them back she tells me I can just go to another store. I'm assuming she wasn't aware that asking for my personal information while face timing or talking on the phone with an unauthorized third party is against the law. I don't know if my information was recorded by the 3rd party or not and I asked her twice to finish her conversation and then help me. I even went as far as asking did I interrupt her lunch. Her answer was no and thats when I became uncomfortable.. she said she would mute them I said but their on face time then she said they wasn't from Augusta which made me even more uncomfortable. Regardless if it was local or long distance I felt my information was at risk to be exposed to fraud, the right thing for her to do was call them back after I left. Instead she told me I can just go to another store. I couldn't get her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag. She was a heavy set African American female with braids and horrible customer service. She didn't even greet us when we walked in and kept asking the same questions twice which made me think someone was writing down my info and that's when I noticed someone was still on the phone. I will never come to this location again and I would not recommend anyone else to go here either.
