Starbucks

I was having a really hard morning. My husband was having a small back surgery and emotions were high. I stopped into the Starbucks to get him a coffee and a nice travel mug to keep that warm, the ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and really were a bright spot in my stressful day. At the end of that transaction they mentioned I qualified for a give away and asked me to enter, I did just because they were so lovely. I WON and the woman who called was so kind and helpful arranging pick up. But what has completely floored me this morning is the care and effort that went into this prize. This is a tough time of year for me with my husband being sick and my mom passing away on Valentines Day a few years ago and without knowing any of that the staff at this location has continued to brighten my days. Thank you to all of you.

The customer service was great but my drink was horrible. I wish I tasted my drink before I left this location. I had a strawberry frap the strawberries tasted like they were spoiled. I want a refund.

Well guess you have to be areal coffee  drinker because  they are expensive to me! Locally  we have some in our area  that are  just as good  and less expensive so the choice is  yours I'm just not  feeling the prices  but the drink I must say are ok.
