Ive been inquiring about the building space in McDuffie Square for almost a week now and the customer service in their leasing department is completely terrible, and when I did finally get an appointment scheduled they never showed up and never called. Will never recommend Mc Knight Properties for anything. If you cant take care of basic inquires you cant take care of anything else.

MCK Properties have the rudest and most arrogant employees and management I have ever dealt with. They will not pick up the phone, work with their clients, or take any interest in the community surrounding their properties. Stay away from these people. Ask your manager. Oh wait, hes in jail for battery now.

I was driving down Mason McKnight Jr Parkway going to work and the guys that MCK Properties employ to mow their properties had slung a rock from the lawn mower and hit the side of my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The guy on the mower gave me MCK Properties info and I emailed 2 different people with my name and phone number along with pictures of the damage.... no response in a day so I call 2 people up there and I get their voicemail. Then the next day on my way back from a delivery I stop at their office and nobody was there but the door was wide open and google said they were open. I grab their business card with their vice president on the card. I then email him at both of his email addresses and it's been 3 days with no response. I want my truck fixed and if they cannot handle this the right way and contact me to start a process than I would hate to see how they treat their customers who purchase properties from them! They can at least send me the info to the lawn company or whoever I need to talk too. I want my truck fixed that's all! If I damaged anyone e else's truck I would definitely fix it! It's the right thing to do!
