TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST OF ALL. The lady that sits behind the desk was the first individual to fix my phone. The second time was a guy, and was about a month ago. When he fixed the phone along with it I purchased an otter box case ($20-25) and a screen protector ($15). THREE WEEKS LATER the phone barely drops and the screen comes outside of the whole case. I UPLOADED PICTURES because the lady who sat behind the desk argued with me and my mother about how the phone could not do that. when there are pictures soon as it happened. Moral of the story I am unsatisfied and unhappy because these people continue to take your money and cannot reason with you at all. The lady has a terrible attitude and it needs to be checked.
