        Kristina and Terrel( black guy with bleached orange hair) is giving out incorrect information to Walmart customers on returns. I went to return an item that was 100% returnable and they both informed me that it was not possible and the orange headed one told me he was a manager. I had to call corporate and make a second trip to the store in order to return my item... UNACCEPTABLE!! They both need to be put on backroom duties and kept away from customers. Walmart brush your employees up on the return policy if youre going to have them working in returns/CUSTOMER service. Return Policy: -Item is within 90 days of purchase -Item has original packaging -Original receipt
