        The beds are way too hard! The other complaint I have is with the breakfast service. Breakfast ends at 10 AM. We got there at 9:20. There was little to no food! When I asked for more waffle mix, I was told there was no more. The lady working the breakfast area and I exchange words. She never told me why no food was being brought out. I said something about the time needing to be changed to 9:30 AM instead of 10 AM; she began to curse at me. I told her to do her job; she told me she "didn't need the damn job!" I asked him to stop cursing because the kids were present, and I shushed her. She told me not to shush her because she's not a damn kid! I shushed her more! Then she started acting nice to other people, telling them the truck didn't come in. What a joke! If that was the case, she should have led with that, and we wouldn't have had a heated exchange!

        In need of a remodel. Thin walls. AC/Heat unit had a flashing blue light in it that lit up the whole room at night. Hallways were freezing. Breakfast was good. Rooms: Old. Worn out mattress.

        My stay at the Hampton Inn Augusta/Gordon Highway was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
