        Stayed for two nights on April 1 and 2. Suffered from bed bug bites. Today is April 8. I still have acne. It's extremely itchy. The hygiene is obviously poor. I will not choose this hotel again next time Rooms:

        Good location but the first floor has a smell. The room was not fully cleaned and the tv remote only halted worked. They definitely try here and that is better than a lot of places just need to tighten up on the cleaning and small things.

        Horrible service gave the run around. Don't use a third party vendor when booking. Lobby a mess and front lobby has odor

        Great location right off of Washington road! Service was great and the rooms were nice. The staff was really over the top. I will be staying here for my next trip to Augusta!! All this and at a great price compared to other places.

        I was here for a week honestly I dont have nothing to complain about the room was very clean the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and Pam went above and beyond for me and my grandma shes a very hard worker she deserves a raise for all the work she does. I will definitely be returning.
