Quality Inn Augusta West Near Fort Eisenhower

First I will say the people at the front desk are kind and the bed was some what comfortable. The first night we were there we woke up to our door being open. Luckily we had the safety lock in place. I spoke to the front and they said they saw nothing unusual on the cameras the fact is through my door was opened when we woke up. As far as the rooms go they are very poor. Rust on the refrigerator, the floors are coming up, plastic on the smoke alarm, broken toilet seat, and yes I saw bugs in the bathroom. I did check the beds and saw no evidence of bugs there. The fact is you get what you pay for.

Very clean bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. Nice tv. Bed was clean and comfortable. Rooms need a small bit of renovation. On point for the price. Nearby activities: Plenty of parks for hiking nearby. Lots of restaurants within 30 miles! Exit 199 in Augusta!
