As a first time homeowner and filing my very first insurance claim due to hail damage has been very strenuous. Cheyanne stepped in and intervened in every way possible to get this resolved in a smooth, timely manner! She responded quickly and was just an email or phone call away. Caitlin at the Insurance Center was great. She offered to look at bundling my Homeowners and Auto Insurance which saved me more money that what I was paying with my other auto carrier. It included more coverage and also a Life insurance policy which I didn't have in place before. I have had the Insurance center for my homeowners insurance for many years and look forward to working with them with my auto as well. I look forward to many years with this Insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and knowledge in the industry.
