I was a customer for over 10 years. Service was always good. I decided to switch to Google FI because of the $350 a month bill. I paid off all my phones and had AT&T unlock them. Except for one they would not That is where the real RIP OFF starts. Phone was purchased and on their network for about 1 month. I paid it off and asked to unlock. Website says nope can't unlock. Customer service states we will get back to you. They did not. I found out they blacklisted the phone. Due to the fact I did not have 2 months of service on the new phone. SO AT&T HIDES this in the fine print. I paid 1500 to pay off the phone. Now it is a brick unless I put it back on their network for 2 consecutive months. I have a few four letter words to describe a company like this.
