They posted an item for an auction on Ebay. I made the first and only bid. They canceled my bid and sold the item in their brick and mortar store. Not the first negative review. Typical Pawn mentality.

While I have never been in their physical location, I have ordered online. Easy process, fine to negotiate with (be reasonable with what you offer and you will have a good experience too). Happy with purchase, price, and the whole experience/ process. Thanks!

I walked into the store and looked at some of the older video games. I asked if they would negotiate the price, and the woman seemed as if they were not willing to budge. But then asked me how much I was willing to pay for them. I said I would look them up on the website Website and then I would get back to her. I found that one of the $50 games was only worth just about $16. It seemed as if she didnt understand that I was on an almanac for games and not buying website. She seem to get frustrated and Call out to Manager. When I went to ask him the same question he got aggressive and basically went to go kick me out of the store. He clearly had to have the last word. Its very obvious that they are overpriced and dont have a good reason for it. Edit: the reply just shows that theyre a bunch of liars. Theres no way that woman was in tears by how calm I was. At no point did I raise my voice and the entire incident lasted less than five minutes. They know that because they can look at the cameras I believe he was just embarrassed that I called him out for being overpriced as seen below even as respectful as I was. Or maybe he remembers me walking in in my army uniform and doesnt like soldier? Who knows. Some people are just bad people. And its clear theyre also liars.
