Roman was an excellent realtor. I listed my house with him and within one day I had an excellent offer. He was able to give me a great market analysis and told me where I should price my house. It was actually much higher than I thought I should list it at, but he knew the market better than i ever would. As an out-of-state seller, Roman took care of maintaining the property, put in a few hours sprucing the place up, and hired professionals to take care of a few items as necessary and had everything billed to closing so I didn't have any out of pocket expenses. The whole process was easy and simple. For anyone looking to put their house on the market, this is the guy to do it. He will no kidding give you the kind of specialized attention you would want when you hire someone to sell your home. I wish I had more homes to put on the market.
