I will never recommend this company to anyone. I had to send constant emails and call several times before I got a response. I was charged for cleaning of a home that I only lived in for 3 months and it was not professionally cleaned when I moved in it. I will never rent with them again. They never even helped find me a different place and this was during CoVid and I just had a baby literally 5 months ago. The property manager does not communicate and the owner only responded to a letter I was suppose to get. They are beyond horrible.

This property management company is terrible, they care nothing about property owners or renters. Money to stuff there pockets with is the only thing they care about. One of their agents used a contractor that they had a personal relationship with and overcharged me, unprofessional and illegal. Another agent would use the money he received from my rental property and use it for his personal expenses, and then send it to me a several weeks later. This agency did not take care of my property, a problem that could be fixed with a small investment of cash, will now cost me thousands of dollars.

Never, I repeat Never rent property from Blanchard and Calhoun.  The customer service is horrible.  No one in the property management department will return your calls.  In order to have someone contact you from the property management department, you have to email upper management in another department. After I moved out they tried to charge me for an extra month.  When they realized that they could not charge me for an extra month they withheld my security deposit.  If I could put a zero for the number of stars I would.
