Realty ONE Group Visionaries

I hate to give this company a one star rating based off of my interactions with one person. Against mine and my wife's better judgment, we stuck it out with Sean. He kept saying 'you guys gotta trust me" and we wanted to but we were iffy the entire time. Buying a house is way too big of a step to do it with a person who knew very little REAL information about the buying process. He did not have our best interest in mind, he was for the seller. I regret doing business with him and if we had to do it all over, we would go with a colleague or another realtor from another company. We were impatient and inexperienced. Now me and my wife are living in a home that we absolutely DO NOT LOVE. Sean doesn't care about that, he only cares that he sold a home and "got my company some money." However, now we know what to look for in a home and a realtor the next time. Should you choose this company, go with someone other than Sean Williams.

House selling experience I really appreciated working with Mrs Charissa Jones. She is a professional and talented person who will go the extra mile to make sure the deal is sealed. She has a way of helping the customer through the rough patches and keep the focus on the end goal which is to closed the deal. She is honest and straight forward. Mrs Charissa Jones is a subject matter expert in real a state and I highly recommend her company!

This entire process was extremely overwhelming and stressful, but Danielle made it easier with her positive attitude, encouraging words and commitment. Danielle is a great listener and very passionate about her job.
