It's never a good time. There's always a horrible experience every time I take off or arrive at this airport. Severely understaffed and very inefficient. Also its happened twice already, but whenever I arrive at this airport, they never have my bags, and I gotta go the very next day to pick it up. Lastly, no one is ever around the baggage claim office, and it is always closed.

How is the wait for my baggage longer than the flight here? This is the second time this has happened here. No sense of urgency from the baggage handlers and no apparent supervision on site. Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra money to skip this hub. Your time is more important. (Flight from Charlotte 51 minutes/been waiting for baggage 1hr 2minutes. It was only 18 people on the flight)
