Went for an oil change in my 2012 Chevy Silverado. Left with new oil, new oil filter, rotated tires, and most importantly with working tire sensors!! Ive had my truck for about a year. Ive used two other automotive shops more than once, and neither of them ever took the time to make my sensors work! Especially when my tire sensor light was lit up on my dash. Im very happy with Goodyears services to say the least!

Great experience at this Goodyear store today. Tyler was very personable, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I had a slow leak in a tire and he explained what they could do, the estimated cost and wait time. I observed him interacting very professionally and courteously with other customers as well.

Had a flat halfway in my trip to Atlanta and luckily saw Goodyear right off the exit. They were all incredibly nice there and found a quiet place for our son with autism to wait while they us repaired the tire and got us back on the road in under 45 minutes! Highly recommend.

The service manager tyler was literally awesome he helped me find me problem with my 2011 BMW and it wasnt hard dealing with him! He showed me my problems and also fixed them with a great attitude and also he made sure it was done quickly in a timely manner!! I most definitely will be coming back to do business with pep boys. Thank You Mr. Tyler
