        Going to this small U-Haul dealer is often better than going to a big U-Haul retail center. The big centers have boxes and all kinds of stuff for sale, but they try to get you to buy a new hitch, or overpriced ball. I don't need a new hitch, or ball, and I don't appreciate being told my hitch is unsafe, by a pimple face punk. The last time I rented a little trailer they tried this tactic, I left and went to a little local U-Haul dealer. No problem at all. They just rented me the trailer with no problem.
