Not sure who I just spoke to on the phone. But she was very rude. Very short, and didnt seem interested in her job at all. Just a nasty attitude all around. And didnt even answer any of my questions. We probably wont be returning. How disappointing. Not to mention I spent $900 with them previously on a surgery for my dog that DIDNOT HELP. Smh. Just sad. People dont enjoy there work anymore its all about the money.

I thought this was a good clinic because my golden retriever has gotten good service up until now. I call as Im loading my dog in the car at 4 pm because my dog has a leg injury and had to leave a voicemail. I arrive to find 3 staff member are sitting at the front desk. My dog is there and not bearing weight on his front leg. I get told he can't be seen today there is only 1 Vet and they are fully booked. So back to my old Vet. Won't waste a dime here anymore

I did not have an appointment, but I did have a sick dog and they were great to work me in and now thankfully, my girl is feeling better
