Darrin Collins: Allstate Insurance

I can't give 0 stars, but safe yourself time and money by choosing any other agency but this one. I have been trying to adjust my policy for the past 2 months because I have been overcharged for the past three months and even after submitting all the paperwork, I still get overcharged. The agent, Darrin Collins himself was very disrespectful with his own client and unwilling to work with the client to try and solve the issue. There's definitely miscommunication within the agency and this only affects the clients. I have always had Allstate as my insurance carrier but after this very bad experience, I decided to change.

I have been with this agency for a couple years now or more. I have tried calling them regarding a recent matter and I have left several voice mail calls and they have never called me back. I tried calling again, when I got someone she said she would call me back. I still have not heard anything from them on this matter. I will be contacting the appropriate office to complain. I feel the owner is very rude and not sensitive to customers concerns.

I had the most wonderful experience with Darrin Collins Allstate and everyone in his office. I had already gone to one Allstate Office and they could not help get 26 pages scanned to the claims division as there email system was down . I walked in , and Darrin Collins wanted to assist me even though my representative is in another office further north and it was already four pm . They were so helpful , very knowledgeable and so caring .If I had needed an insurance company with help on my auto , home or personal belongings I would have signed up with them today! It was service you got years ago and everyone complains the lack of today . I would highly recommend them to my family ,friends and all business associates . They were truly the best! and wow was it a good feeling to know they cared .

Darrin Collins: Allstate Insurance saved me money by bundling my auto and homeowners insurance. I also have my business insurance through Darrin. Darrin, himself, is very professional, saves you money and will assist in switching from your current joined at the hip insurance holder. Take it from me, someones who counts the dustmites on my coins, try Darrin Collins!!!
