Exceptional service throughout application and document gathering was painless and fast, initial qualification was also fast, and the final approval went exactly as outlined could not have been smoother despite the lock down and high volume. Randy made the whole process very easy and straightforward. He took his time and listened extremely carefully on what we wanted to accomplish. He also worked with our financial advisor and answered all of her questions. Randy was very patient with us because we were shopping for our best deal, but ultimately our best deal was through Randy. Randy was always available to answer questions, he returned phone calls and emails on weekends. Randy was always gracious and polite besides being very knowledgeable.
