Ive been having inhumane experiences at this spa for months now and I tried to not let it get to me that they treat me differently from my mom (full viet, which i am not). My preferred nail tech was booked for the day, and the woman who helped me didnt try at all to conceal how upset she was about having to do my nails. Before we even began, she assumed the resting pillow was behind my back, and literally PUSHED me forward (the pillow was indeed not behind me). I cannot even remember how many times she huffed and rolled her eyes about me asking help finding a color, which she made me pick out one color without showing me what it looks like on my nails. I asked if we could try another color and she was livid. She refused to help me find a color, and her actual first greeting to me was Are you done (looking at colors). She was so frustrated about having to take the first color off that she threw her stuff down and huffed. She kept scratching my cuticles directly with the nail drill that they use, and she wouldnt stop. My cuticles started bleeding, and she still didnt realize until the end. I cried for days because of the pain and for just being treated so differently from my mom. Oh, and she completely ignored me asking her to take the tips off of my nails from the month prior, and I have 2 month tips on 3 of my nails. I dont think Ive ever been treated so horribly in any type of environment. And I can't forget about one of the owners, who has never said one word to me, but always grabs my nails and touches them, instead of just asking me what type of polish I used previously.
