Never shop here!!! Rebecca the manger, told me that this item could be returned but when I came in I was told I could not. The clerk got her on the phone and said that only SHE could do a return and I would need to come back another day. BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR STORE AND THE MANAGER, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!

Two issues: store has 1 point of sale and the store managers attitude singly ruined my Dress Up loyalty after years of being online shopper. Went into the store to resolve an online issue and manager delivered the worst customer service Ive received ever in boutique shopping. Dress Up lost my business.

Came here with my husband today and we were looking to buy a few items. New to the area and was so happy to see this store. We walked in, didnt get greeted or even hear a word from any associate. After walking around for 5 minutes, another group of women walked in and immediately the employees stopped talking amongst each other and greeted them, offered their help to find anything and told them about the sale they were having. Not sure if its because the other customers were white and we were black but we immediately left once we realized we were not welcome. Never coming back. Horrible treatment.
