      image Worst service I ever got on my car . It does not take five hours to change oil. Take five does it in five minutes . Get a faster team . Im glad I got a discount and didnt pay full price for the oil thanks to Instacart or I wouldve been even more upset honestly . Ive never waited over three hours for an oil change before . Then the prices arent matching the area . If I bought an EVAC piece and need to get it placed in my car , why is it that you guys charge 600 and places up the street charge 80 DOLLARS ??? Please stop playing with women when they come alone in car shops its old and tiring . Im not that slow sorry .

      image Pepboys staff did an excellent job with my car. I purchased 4 new tires and brakes.
      The service manager Steve was on point with his hospitality, assistance and he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the issues with my car. Steve you are the bomb:)
