        the garbage pickup service is excellent. the younger lady that answers the phone is nice and polite. the older lady that answers the phone is not polite at all! she is quite rude and asks questions she has no business asking. when i asked questions she accused me of arguing with her. i laughed at her because you cant argue with someone with her attitude. she also charged me a $30 container drop off fee and said that went into effect last year. i would like to know if that is true and where does it say that on your website?

        Reliable couldnt honor the old wastepro price and instead of being nice and understanding of the confusion, the receptionist was extremely rude and told us immediately that if we didnt like the price change that we need to find another company. So we did. Cheaper and black owned with way better customer service. Disgusting behavior by that receptionist/office manager.

      Sorry for confusion, but yes all container deliveries are $30.00. Not sure why our office did not inform you when you called initially. We do not post rates or fees on our website, however this has actually been in place since 2022. This fee just helps cover our cost of the container and the expense incurred to deliver the container along with giving you a lifetime warranty on the container. We will replace any damaged or broken container at no charge.
