I recently contacted GFL (03/26/2024) to rent a Roll-Off dumpster to clean out my garage. The representative Bridgette Deyton was very professional and customer friendly. And the process was so easy and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thanks for an amazing experience.

This the worst and worst trash company. They have missed our trash for at least 3 to 4 times already on a regular days not holiday. I have called this week again and they said they will come this coming week? How about my trash this week? They said they will come this Friday and I have called 2x and the customer service confirmed that they come but they never came? My neighbors trash was never picked up too. The company never sent a notification and apologies why they never came. The guy in the phone also said that if our trash was miss, we have to pay additional $25. Hey, it is not our fault why ours was missed. Its the drivers fault. This company makes the customers unsatisfied.

This company is horrible. They are getting one star because that is the only way I could proceed with this post. It would be no stars. They are out just to make money. They dont pick up trash on the scheduled dates. When you called you are told that they will pick up within 24-48 hours and that doesnt happen. I have had to call customer service 2-3 times a week to get service and a lot of times my trash wasnt picked up until the following week. I was told each time that I be put on some reminder list but I would still have to call. I tried to cancel my service and I was told that I have a $75 door fee due and I could only cancel services if the fee is paid. I was told that since the quarter had started I could only cancel if the fee was paid. So I have to pay them two months that Im. It going to use them. Do not use this company!
