Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This place was great! I went a few days ago and I met this very kind man named Andreas. He was even kind. I felt like this was a very nice work environment and I will definitely come back to see that kind man!

Every time I come to this location they get something on my order wrong. Today I ordered an island green with vitamin C. They left out the vitamin C and it didnt even taste like an island green it tasted like a banana smoothie. I love Tropical Smoothie but this location is hit or miss.

Went tonight with my daughters. Evidently it was my job to greet the staff instead of them greeting the customers. We stood there for almost 10 minutes and were not greeted. I finally had to say hey!! We were the only customers there. I thought maybe the girl that had the headset on was taking a drive thru order but soon realized that was not the case. We didnt feel welcomed at all. I work in customer service and could not imagine not acknowledging my customers in the lobby for 10 minutes. I only gave it 2 stars because the smoothie was okay. Will not be back.

Ive had every tropical smoothie in the area & by far this is the worst location in my opinion . Ive never really cared for the smoothies at this location . I decided to go & try the smoothie bowl . It had coconuts on it which I asked for them to be taken off , which is fine mistakes happen . I let the worker know & he said oh then took it back & they made another . When he came back to give it to me he said here you go I had my hand out to get it but he threw it on the table . Not sure what his problem was but I told him he couldve handed it to me but he kept walking away . The first bowl that had coconut was more filled , but the one they remade barely had any aa in it . Im assuming they rushed & put it together . I dont know the guys name but he was tall , slim , lighter skinned & I think had glasses .
