        Carlton does great work, but hes slippery on the charges. If youre okay with having the final charges being as much as 50% more than the original estimate, go for it. I think the small print gives him all the advantage, and leaves the customer feeling like a damn fool. Also I had a struggle at the end with some details that were not satisfactory and gave up, wanting an end to the whole deal.

      Ms Yvonne thank you for allowing us to be of valuable service to you. We appreciate your honesty. However going into this SECOND project we both knew that added issues were inclined to show up. There were many issues that we found and notified you of for approval prior to us attempting the job. Approval was given and those additional tasks were Invoiced and paid separately. The main job incurred only additional material NOT labour We empathize with the frustration that goes along with reconstruction. As you noted with the prior job and in your past review I am a perfectionist. I not only get the job done I get it done well.
