        I arrived right as the store was closing with my wifes car. The left front tire was leaking air. Jerome said he would check the tire and located a hole. Jerome and his manager Kirsten re-opened the store and drove my car into the service bay. Once the tire was removed it was determined the tire had a hole that required plugging. Jerome and Kirsten were professional and friendly. They obviously went above and beyond. Great customer service!!
