To give some backstory: I have had pain sensitivity and pain on the left side of my mouth for almost 3 months now. Dr. Ajose-Adeogun performed a few standard fill ins for me back on May 14th. The right ones were fine. The left side not so much. I have tried desperately just to get this pain corrected for three dental follow up appointments now. The past three weeks I have taken time out of my off days to go to these appointments. The 1st one she just looked around and said she would redo the fill in. She applied some desensitizer paste that temporarily lasted. The 2nd appointment was scheduled incorrectly, so I had to wait until today for the correctly scheduled fill in redo appointment...a 3rd appointment hoping that I would be over and done with this horrible situation today. Then Dr. Ajose-Adeogun proceeded to mention that I had called her nasty in the consultation before she even touched my mouth and looked around for the correction. She said Do you want me to redo the fill in or do you want me to refer you out to a specialist? Before I go any further - I dont think mentioning a customer complaint is AT ALL necessary when speaking about tooth sensitivity. I think my complaint was taken personally and made her angry, therefore explaining her behavior towards me today. Obviously she did NOT want to correct what she had messed up. She then blamed the tooth pain on my wisdom teeth applying pressure. Maybe that is the case - I am not an expert - I kept trying to ask her follow up questions and relying on her advice since she is supposed to be the dental professional and expert. However; she kept condescendingly half answering my questions and kept pushing me toward that specialist looking at my tooth. I got so frustrated and tired of being talked down to that I literally burst into tears and walked out. Horrible customer service received today and I have NEVER been so disrespectfully dealt with by a medical professional in my entire life. I am disgusted by Dr. Ajose-Adeoguns attitude and I will never be going back to her for any dental procedures again.

If I could give her less than a 1 star I would. The attempt at a tooth extraction was barbaric. She was more focused on pulling the tooth than ensuring my pain was managed. When I asked for more numbing medicine, she ignored me and when I asked her to stop, she threw her instruments down and dismissed me. I still had broken particles left in my mouth and was in severe pain. She gave me a referral to an oral surgeon and threatened me by refusing to see me to complete her botched work if he was unavailable. Ive had dental work in the past without any issues. She is by far the Worst dentist Ive ever seen. Ive since reported her to the GA Board of Dentistry and to my insurance company for being a provider of substandard services....yall beware!!
