NEW TO THE AREA... I am taking some time today to post a review for this company because their work has been exceptional! We are doing a remodel on our home. Mr. Eric met with us and told us that he was booked, but would work us in. He met with us a couple of times to make sure we were all on the same page, then he met with his crew, and when they arrived they were ON POINT! We didn't have to do a thing but say hello! We have had the extreme pleasure of having Jason and Nick work steadily on our projects and they have been an extreme delight to work with. They took the guess work out of everything. Jason leads the team here at my house, and he is a great manager of time and his crew. Mr. Eric has done very well in his selection of electricians. I cannot say enough good things...but I will list a few! As a homeowner, you hope that you will have a crew that will respect your home as you do...and these men are perfect gentleman! Their work space is tidy at all times. They are careful of their surroundings, and I never have to go behind them to clean-up when they say goodbye for the night. Next, they are extremely knowledgeable. I have not had to explain, or wonder if they were understanding what I was sharing. They never assume they know what is wanted, they always ask for clarification, but that has been limited because they listened so incredibly well from the get go! And last, but definitely not the only thing remaining...we have had occasion where we have had to leave our home to run an errand or two, and we have felt very comfortable to have these gentleman working in our home without us present! Even with our pets on site, they have been thoughtful to let us know when they are going back and forth to lunch, so that we can let them out in their absence. All around this is a PHENOMENAL company to do business with. YOU will not be dissatisfied with the quality of work and the quality of labor! I know who I will be calling when another electrical adventure arises! Thank YOU for doing such a wonderful job on our home...we have thoroughly enjoyed working with you! I called Eric because I was afraid there might be electrical fire hazards and I needed some things updated in my house built in 1936. He came quickly, reassured me about some of my concerns and was very patient and courteous as we discussed what I wanted done. The men he sent were great! The work was perfect, they were very eager to please, and suggestions were made and done on things I hadn’t even thought of. They cleaned up well, too! I couldn’t have been more happy and I felt the price was very reasonable for the time and professionalism. I feel secure in my house now. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
