    I've been attempting to switch some account information with this company for 3 months and they have provided me with the worst customer service I have experienced in my 33 years on this earth. The account rep, Dan Taylor, has called me back one time, in three months, and was very short with me during that conversation. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

    So we lost a family member on sept 06 2023 we turned in our claim about a week later. We were told it would take 7 to 10 business days before our claim would be processed. They took the whole 10 days before telling us our check had been mailed it the local office. Well ok. On day 8 after the first 10 days we I called to inquire on the progress they said they had two more days . In Wednesday this being day 10 we called late afternoon. I was told the check was lost and they would overnight a new check directly to our address that was Thursday October 12. We called Monday October 16 to get some info on the over night Check that we still havent received and they informed us that the check was being resent and they would be calling us the next day with some info I believe we are getting the run around

    Horrible solicitation! Came to my back door instead of front! Refused to answer "who is there" after screaming it several times. My window to see out the back door is high up so I cannot see anyone. Finally they answered "Anthony" not company name. Stud he had an appt. With my uncle. Upon further questioning he did not, never spoke to him, never seen him! I questioned him as to why they wld come to the back door and solicit, not knowing someone? No answer but to try to continue selling despite, telling him that he was inappropriate for coming to the back door, and misrepresenting himself by acting like he knew my uncle. I finally told him no solicitations pls and not to come back, after the Insurance agent " Deborah Wheeler", who had been silent the whole time, hands me a flyer w/ just her info on it. His response was yelling "Don't call us when he gets sick". That was it! The audacity to say something like that to someone is not only unprofessional, but rude, mean, and a scare tactic they probably use on seniors! I tried in vain to get contact w/ the office, and corporate to no avail. So I will definitely be posting reviews on this company everywhere I can. I also have her tag # as it seemed he didn't want to leave so he could continue yelling and screaming at a woman. Off to see if I can find her on fb so I can leave another review there! If I couldn't get in touch w/ a customer relations agent as many different numbers as I dialed you won't be able to if you ever get a policy w/then either!
