I would like to thank John for getting to us quickly to repair a damaged irrigation system. I appreciate his timely service and he even worked beyond work hours to resolve an issue for us. He also gave us a recommendation for an unrelated issue that he observed. I truly appreciate his customer service, as that is hard to find these days and sets a business apart from others. This was going to be a 5 star reviewJohn is great to work with and really knows his stuff. I called him to come out and fix some zone issues that a previous company had made worse a month before that. He was able to troubleshoot my system and get all the zones back working, along with doing sprinkler replacement and adjustments. Again, top notch service, theres not a problem that he cant fix. Before he got out of my neighborhood good, one of my zones had stopped working. I called him and told him he could swing back by in the next week or so and check on that zone, as I wasnt turning them on yet. I called a week or so later, and he said that hed stop by in the coming days or early that next week, still good with me. Another week passed, I started calling once or twice a week to follow up, but no answer now. My weekly routine for the past month is to give him a call now, but no answer. I thought to myself, is he ignoring my calls? Just curious, I called from a different number yesterday and he answered. So yes, thats the case. Long story short, if you use this company, just be sure that everything is done right and completed before he leaves the property. If not, you might end up like me, calling yet another company to finish his unfinished work.

So heres the story. I woke up up on a Sunday morning to a small geyser shooting out of my flower beds. I tried to shut off the water to the irrigation system but couldnt shut it off there so I had no choice but to shut the water off from the city valve This meant I now had no water to my house at all. I searched google for emergency irrigation repair but didnt think anyone would be available on a Sunday morning. AA sprinkler repair was the only number I had to call. He came out within an hour and had everything repaired by lunch. And it was not just repaired, it was done right. To top it off the repair was extremely reasonable considering all the work that was done and it was a Sunday morning. He was so good all of my neighbors have hit me up for his number. I definitely recommend AA Sprinkler repair. I now have AA sprinkler repair on my home emergency list and will be using them for any of my future needs. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
