Sale process was great but then I didn't hear anything from the company despite several emails and a call to them for over a week until I said I wanted to cancel my order. After that I was told when to expect my appointment and set up times and they were spot on. The work went quickly and the playset is amazing. Highly recommend but be careful of who you are actually dealing with. Tara and the build team are wonderful.

Such an amazing experience all around. Once we decided what play set would best fit our familys needs we placed the order and it was here before we knew it. The gentleman that installed the play set did such an amazing job and was in and out before we knew it. This play set feels sturdy and safe and I know it will be in our family for many years to come. We are so grateful for our Great Outdoors experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful play set.

All I can say is WOW! My property recently underwent a newly installed playground, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations for the complex. This playground is an absolute delight, offering a fantastic play experience for children of all ages. The installers at Great Outdoors were very professional and worked efficiently to ensure the install went smoothly at a quick pace! This playground goes above and beyond in inclusivity.
