Kim has managed my rental property for 10years. She has made landlording effort free. When there was a problem, she was able to get things dealt with quickly and/or repaired/fixed at low cost. I basically just sat back and collected a check. She recently got my property ready to be sold again at low renovation cost and had a seller with an easy closing. I recommend her without hesitation.

Kim is an amazing Realtor. First of all she is extremely organized and responsive when it comes to interacting with clients, contractors and anyone involved in the closing process. She goes to great lengths to ensure the entire process is extremely smooth. She will also do whatever it takes to keep her clients happy. I just cant say enough great things about Kim.
